Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate.

However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. In the event of an error in product details or pricing, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel or adjust any affected orders.

Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Outboard Hub.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Limit quantities on any product.
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Our order cutoff time is 2:00 PM (Portugal time / WET/WEST). Orders placed before 2:00 PM Portugal time on a business day will begin processing that same day; orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time of order placement.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

Shipping

We ship all over Europe with free shipping on all European orders.

For all other international destinations, a flat shipping fee of €200 applies per order.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, and customs processing.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments outside Europe, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery, subject to the terms of our Return Policy. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition in which they were received, with all original accessories, manuals, and documentation, and must not have been altered, disassembled, or damaged after delivery.

We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once a returned item has been received and inspected. Please refer to our full Return Policy for detailed eligibility requirements and instructions on how to start a return.

Warranty

Outboard motors and marine products sold by Outboard Hub are covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page or extended by the original manufacturer.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions, is the property of Outboard Hub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outboard Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or damages resulting from delays.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
