Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 90 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition in which it was received.
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Not have been altered, disassembled, or damaged after delivery.
- Be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Photographs of the packaging and the item may be requested to assist with the claim process.
We will work promptly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the reason for the return.
- Photographs, if applicable.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping unless the return is the result of:
- A shipping error on our part.
- An incorrect item being supplied.
- Damage that occurred during transit.
- A verified product defect covered under warranty.
Inspection and Refund Processing
Returned items are inspected once they arrive at our facility.
If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Outboard Hub or a confirmed warranty issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been installed, modified, or used improperly.
- Items returned with missing components or accessories.
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
- Special-order or custom products unless covered by warranty.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it will be subject to the standard return procedure outlined above.
