At Outboard Hub, we arrange delivery of outboard motors and marine products to customers throughout Europe and selected international destinations. Because many marine products are large and heavy items, shipments are handled by trusted freight and courier partners to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout Europe and to many international locations.

Free Shipping Within Europe

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within Europe. There are no additional shipping charges for customers located in European countries.

International Shipping

Orders shipped outside Europe are subject to a flat shipping charge of €200 per order.

If your destination is not listed during checkout, please contact our team and we will be happy to confirm availability and provide assistance.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been received and payment has been confirmed, our team will begin preparing the shipment. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and destination.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method used.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe: 5–15 business days.
  • International destinations: 10–25 business days.

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipment Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Depending on the destination and carrier, tracking updates may take time to appear.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Orders delivered outside Europe may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or the €200 international shipping fee.

Delivery Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect their shipment upon arrival.

If the packaging shows signs of damage, please note it with the carrier and contact us as soon as possible. Photographs of the packaging and the product may be requested to assist with a shipping claim.

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate when placing an order.

Outboard Hub cannot be responsible for delays, additional charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
